Project JOA
At the beginning of 2026,
JOA Streetfood & Bar will open its doors.
With the concept of JOA, we want to revive the experience of the lunches from the former Ringers Factory.
When the Ringers Factory was one of Alkmaar’s largest employers, employees from all over the world came together to enjoy grand lunches. These gatherings were more than just meals they were moments to share stories, flavors, and cultures. Inspired by this spirit, the interior and branding reflects the diverse cultures of the people who worked there and the origins of the cocoa they once handled, creating a space where history and global influences meet.
