Project Food works

Food Works shares the hospitality culture of the house of concrete.

Each day, concrete creatives gather around a table in two shifts and connect while enjoying the freshly cooked meals of jojanne, concrete’s chef. Jojanne did the cooking, concrete people did the tasting and chose their favourite recipes, Remko Kraaijeveld captured the process, Merijn Tol conceptualised it and the concrete creatives team (me and Jorien Wiltenburg)  gathered it all together in a hard copy magazine; food works.

Food Works presents delicately chosen 16 recipes. The recipes are chosen by concrete creatives and they are prepared to be cooked for 4 or 40 people. This way they can be cooked at home for a small group or for larger groups at different occasions.
